The Raindrop Peperomia:
The Raindrop Peperomia, otherwise known as the peperomia polybotya belongs to the pepper family of plants and is a luscious, low maintenance succulent that thrives indoors. This plant enjoys a light and bright spot near a window, with filtered sunlight. It does not like direct sunlight. The raindrop peperomia likes humid conditions, but not too hot! It thrives in temps from 18 to 26 degrees C, and loves a spray of water around it’s leaves every now and then especially in the dryer months of the year. While this guy loves a regular watering, ensure the soil has dried for at least a day between watering, not just the top soil! A generous watering once a week should do the trick, make sure you don’t flood the roots, no one likes wet feet! Fertalize the plant often in summer, but leave in winter.

The Mini Mon:
The Mini Mon is a Monstera originating from the tropical rainforest of Thailand and Malaysia. It’s scientific name is Rhaphidophora tetrasperma and grows to a height of about 1.5m. The mini mon thrives in moist well draining soil and in bright but indirect sunlight. In spring and summer the mini mon appreciates regular fertilising with a diluted and balanced fertiliser. Water lightly if soil is dry before fertilising to avoid burning it’s roots.

Sweetheart Vine:
The Sweetheart Vine, also known as the Philodendron bipinnatifidum, is a tropical plant from the Caribbean. It enjoys humid and moist environments especially in the summer, water well but don’t let soil become soggy. In the winter allow top 3cm of soil to dry out between watering. The sweetheart vine likes bright filtered sunlight and will grow vigorously in the right conditions.

The Dragon Tail:
The Dragon Tail, also known as the Epipremnum Pinnatum, grows well in bright, indirect sunlight but will also tolerate low light conditions. Dragon Tails are drought tolerant and don't require a lot of water. Allow the top layer of soil to dry between watering.

The Parlour Palm:
Native to the rainforest of Southern Mexico and Guatemala, the Parlour Palm (Chamaedorea Elegans) is the most sought-after indoor palm around today. Water your Parlour Palm sparingly – underwatering is better than over watering. Allow the soil to dry out between watering and even less in winter.

The Large Monstera:
The Large Monstera plant, otherwise called the Monstera Deliciousa is native to Mexico and Panama tropics and is an iconic indoor plant because of it’s hardiness and striking look. The large monstera thrives is humid, moist soil and is best suited for bright areas of your home with indirect sunlight. While the monstera does tolerate low light, it will try to seek brighter light and you may notice leggy growth when placed in low lit areas. The splits in the leaves usually occur on more mature leaves and in ideal light conditions.

The Black Velvet:
The Black Velvet plant, otherwise known as the Alocasia Reginula, is native to the island of Borneo. The large almost black leaves contrast against the silver veins which makes these plants an exotic feature in your space. The black velvet loves well draining soil which is allowed to dry between watering. This plant is prone to root rot, so not too much moisture is ideal. While it tolerates low light, it thrives best in bright but indirect sunlight.
